Geolocator

 

GeolocatorInformation seeking calls from customers is an added cost to the organization. Most calls received may be basic information seeking calls such as knowing the nearest outlet, branch or ATM etc. Providing authentic information of the nearest location to the customer becomes a challenging task for the call centre agents.

The geolocator is a handy tool in the hands of the customer as with a simple SMS query the information is received in real-time.

The tool can be well explained by an example in the banking sector.

If the tool is adopted as an ATM locator for banks, the customers need only to send a simple SMS wherever they are enquiring the nearest location of the ATM.  They are provided with a response within 3 seconds of the location in the pin code they are in, or the adjoining pin code within a maximum radius of 5 kms. The tool can be promoted by the banks on their ATM slips itself.

Geolocator also provides Market Vacuum report which benefits the banking product department by indicating the locations where customers are seeking ATM but the same is not available and vice versa.

GeoLocater can also be integrated with the legacy IVR, Web & Wap applications of the client for enriched customer fulfillment.
